All plants are shipped in pots and moss with name tag.
We use USPS priority mail unless otherwise specified by customer.
We'll do our best and pack each item with great care to arrive safely but we can not have responsibility of postal delays and conditions beyond our control.
We ship plants as soon as we confirm payment.

Additional charge may apply for USPS express mail and FEDEX. Our products are very strong in dryness and cold. Most of plants will be fine with 2days delivery under regular condition.
Insurance/ Heat pack for winter
If you wish to have insurance on your package, it is available up to $5,000. Fee is depending on the total amount of your purchase.
Heat pack is available by $3 each.

International shipping

refund policy
Any complaints must be filed within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Our liability is restricted to the original purchase price of the orchid plant only. We will return the amount by paypal or check.
