quite new variety came out of hybrid between bean leaf variety and Beni-Kujaku. A couple decade ago, Beni-kujaku was very expensive and not everyone could afford
it and grower in Shizuoka prefecter decided to hybridize it with another bean leaf (was quite expensive at the time). After three times of hybridization with Beni-kujaku, finally few Beni-musou was found in those hybrids. There is also other variety came out of this hybridization but all of the variety is popular and well-know.

Because of gene of beni-kujaku, the leaves are thick, wide and rough texture.

mud brown stem, most of them has mud brown root tips but sometimes green, ocean wave tsuke but close to straight
